I was a fan of Mark Cuban back when he built and flipped broadcast.com. Yes, he’s controversial, but I appreciate a person who makes it, and then spends his money on something he loves and the pursuit of excellence. I wish that every team owner could be as gracious as he is in victory. You can’t watch the video of him carrying that trophy out of the building like it’s a newborn and not feel happy for the guy.
